ARMENIAN FLATBREAD (LAVASH) PRODUCTION LINE
Armenian Flatbread (Lavash) Production Line is an automated production line dedicated to the production of traditional Armenian wafers (Lavash). This production line combines modern mechanical technology and traditional manufacturing processes to produce high quality Lavash pancakes efficiently and consistently. It is a fully automated production line integrating raw material processing, dough making, molding, baking, cutting and packaging. It is suitable for mass production and is able to meet the growing market demand for Lavash pancakes. The production line is mainly composed of the following parts:Raw material treatment area: including raw material storage, weighing, mixing and other equipment, used to mix flour, water, yeast and other raw materials evenly according to a certain proportion to form dough. Dough making area: Through the flour mixer, fermentation box and other equipment, the mixed raw materials are processed into soft and elastic dough, and the appropriate fermentation treatment is carried out. Molding area: Using advanced molding equipment, such as dough press, drawing machine, etc., the fermented dough is pressed into thin sheets, and after stretching, folding and other processes, the formation of a unique taste of Lavash pancakes.Baking area: Equipped with efficient baking equipment, such as tunnel furnace, hot air circulation furnace, etc., to bake the shaped Lavash pancake, so that it can achieve the ideal taste and color. Cutting and packaging area: The baked Lavash pancakes are cut, sorted, and packaged with automated packaging equipment for easy storage and transportation. Knead the dough after shaping, rollnoodles, automatic stacking, press rolling, and then after two thinning after pulling wide, rolling cut into a diameter of about 20cm pie crust, pie crust into the gas oven cycle, flip baking, temperature can be individually controlled , the temperature range of 0-300 degree , baked pie by spraying water to moisten the cooling rack over the natural cooling. Finally , it enters into the pie stacking machine , which is controlled by multiple cylinders and detection counting system , and the number of stacked pie can be adjusted (man-machine interface, easy to operate).
